Vintage: The New Little Black Dress

If green is the new black, then vintage is the new little black dress.  Every fashionista must add a piece of vintage to her wardrobe.   Not only is vintage the essence of style and tradition, vintage is the epitome of green.  When you wear vintage you reduce, reuse and recycle all at the same time!

Every girl has a little black dress they can not live without.  Most of us even have more then one:  the great deal, the sexy little number, and the perfect dress that we sacrificed an entire pay check for!  Either way they are quintessential and timeless pieces that best represent the style of our wardrobe. 

Vintage is the same way.  Whether shopping for your home or your closet, great vintage finds are timeless, stylish and as an added bonus green by their very nature.

My favorite handbag is a mint condition double handle tote.  In navy and mustard it is a perfect fall find.

Taking the Evil Out of Your Left Over Plastic Bags

If you are like me you have tons of plastic bags left over from those days before you brought your own reusable bag out shopping.  Here are ten fabulous ways you can reuse those plastic bags.
